Return Process

Eligibility: Returns are accepted on all merchandise within 15 days of receipt.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
